Karen Davies is partner in the corporate department in London. She has wide experience in advising both corporate clients and investment banks on a full range of domestic and cross-border corporate finance transactions. Karen specialises in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets work (IPOs and secondary fundraisings). Recently, Karen has acted for St. Barbara Limited on it’s A$556 million acquisition of Allied Gold Mining plc, for Rothschild as financial adviser to Regus plc on its £40 million takeover of MWB Business Exchange plc and for CGNPC Uranium Resources Co., Ltd on its £756 million acquisition of Kalahari Minerals Plc.
