Delivered over a period of two weeks, the Masterclass takes the form of four facilitated and collaborative virtual workshops along with four self-directed reflection and discussion sessions. Through the use of scenarios drawn from real life, participants will consider the workings of the board in four key aspects: board dynamics and governance; strategic decision making; boardroom behaviour; and board dynamics and the wider stakeholder system.

Participants will be asked to complete a pre-attendance questionnaire to consider their own challenges and establish their development needs. You  will also receive a complimentary digital copy of the Institute’s module text, Boardroom Dynamics.

Post-programme, alumni will be invited to continue their conversations and provide continued support via a virtual community, and will enjoy an opportunity to book additional one-to-one coaching and mentoring with the programme director.

Who is it for?
