ANNA BATESON

Anna Bateson FCIS is an experienced business facilitator who works extensively with Directors, Boards and Governance Professionals across the private, public and third sectors. Combining pragmatic insights gained over 40 years spent in leadership and consultancy roles with international businesses including Price Waterhouse and British Airways, she enables individuals to focus on the real business challenges they wish to address. Her breadth of experience provides excellent insights into the critical capabilities required to deliver exceptional business performance. Described as a ‘skilled alchemist’ Anna leads these workshops, sharing insights and expertise in an inspiring and challenging programme, tailored to meet participant learning agendas.

Through her business consultancy ‘Cutting Through The Grey’ and jointly with global thought leader, Dr Laurence Lyons, Anna researches, coaches, consults and writes on the development of Situational Intelligence™.
