Effective Chairing Skills Training

A one-day course for anyone with responsibility for meetings or decision-making. 9am -5pm. Central London.


An effective meeting requires an effective chairperson. This course teaches the practical skills that every company needs to get things done.

Delivered with a mix of teaching, exercises and discussion, we focus on three key areas. Planning, chairing and evaluation.
