Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, we have converted our classroom training courses into virtual training courses. An effective meeting requires an effective chairperson. This course teaches the practical skills that every company needs to get things done.

Delivered with a mix of teaching, exercises and discussion, we focus on three key areas. Planning, chairing and evaluation.
