Managing people can be challenging. Coaching has been shown to be the most effective way to motivate people and manage their performance.

This practical course will introduce you to coaching skills, and is suitable for anyone: who is new to management; who wants to develop colleagues to reach their full potential; who finds delegation and/or managing people challenging; or who wants to know how coaching can support them in their own role.
