Governance Leadership Programme

The difference between good and outstanding performance

Transform your performance from excellent to outstanding with the ICSA Governance Leadership Programme, an executive development programme created to equip you with fresh strategic insights and techniques for the boardroom. This programme will give you confidence in your leadership strengths to bring meaningful change in your organisation.

Built around the concept of Situational Intelligence, and delivered through collaborative group-led learning, participants leave with the passion, enthusiasm, insights and strategies to truly make a difference.

We offer two ways to undertake this programme:

four-day residential course

Next course: 18 - 21 June 2018

The Governance Leadership Programme brings together leading governance professionals and company secretaries from around the world. Set in the beautiful grounds of the stately Hanbury Manor, this is our flagship residential course. This executive programme looks to grow senior talent though collaborative workshops and creates opportunities to share and learn from peers. Individual post-programme sessions allow you to reflect on your strengths and create a personal action plan.

day-course modules

Next course: 22 March 2018

The day-course module programme offers a more flexible mode of study. The workshops from our four-day programme are delivered as a series of three non-residential, one-day events throughout the year. These workshops will build on your governance experience and develop your professional strengths. On completion, you’ll be able to recognise and understand the strategic factors driving your organisation, influence boardroom behaviour and lead governance thinking.
