Substitute delegates cannot be accepted onto any training day under the Award scheme.
In exceptional circumstances, training speakers and timings may alter. All candidates will be informed of any changes at the earliest possible opportunity in the unlikely event of a training day being cancelled, and will be offered alternative dates. In the unlikely event that no alternative dates are available, ICSA will make a full refund of the scheme fee. No compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred.
Unless otherwise stated, scheme fees are inclusive of the booking of a place on all four training days which make up the award scheme, the provision of all scheme and training materials, refreshments (including lunch) and assessment.
We can accept payment by credit/debit card or cheque. All cheques must be made payable to ICSA. VAT receipts will be issued for all non-invoiced payments. We regret that we cannot accept payment by American Express. All fees must be paid prior to the first training date.
Please note: to aid networking at our half or full day events, the names of delegates and the companies they represent – including candidates on the Award scheme – will ordinarily be included in a list of attendees made available on the day. This information will not be released to third parties. If you would prefer your name not to appear on the delegate list, please let us know.
