Bournemouth’s MSc in Corporate Governance provides students with a highly specialised set of skills and helps develop the ability to appreciate and influence the factors governing corporate affairs.

The course comprises six modules over two stages, plus a final research project. 

Study for this course is offered part time at GTA University Centre in Guernsey.


Entrants must have a minimum 2:2 Bachelors Honours degree or equivalent. All subjects are considered for entry.

Applicants seeking entry to the Fast-Track option, commencing with the second year of the programme, must normally have completed the ICSA qualifying programme or hold a CCAB (Consultative Committee Accounting Bodies) member accounting qualification.

Those without the formal academic qualifications needed to enter a postgraduate or post-experience degree should contact the university directly.
