This course is specifically for those holding an undergraduate finance, accounting, law or business qualification and who wish to develop knowledge and/or pursue a career as a chartered secretary or in a related field.
It exposes the student to a range of business issues and problems that may require complex solutions.
This course comprises seven modules, and is assessed through essays, reports and examinations, plus a dissertation.
Study for this course is offered both full time and part time at the Park Campus.
Entrants must hold an undergraduate degree or a Postgraduate Diploma in a relevant subject from a UK university, or the equivalent qualifications from a recognised university abroad. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AIB, ACII etc are acceptable if they are obtained by examination.
