This is the only professional employee share plan qualification available in the UK. Participants can expect the course to be equivalent to the first year of a three-year undergraduate honours degree programme in the United Kingdom.
After successfully completing the assessments you will be awarded the Certificate in Employee Share Plans and will be entitled to upgrade your membership to CG (Affiliated).
This qualification is for those working in company secretarial or administration roles, human resources professionals and consultants. You do not need any formal qualifications to enter the course.
Most participants are employed in a relevant occupation and have at least GCSEs or their equivalent.
