Governance in the NHS training course

Explore key NHS governance topics to create a common understanding of the nature, scale and underlying causes of the current crisis.

Recent and radical change in the NHS is putting pressure on every part of the health and social care system. This practical course aims to explore key NHS governance topics to create a common understanding of the nature, scale and underlying causes of the current crisis. Through debate and group working, delegates will be encouraged to think creatively, plan collectively and to act decisively to secure the survival of local health and social care systems.

Delegates will be asked to consider the governance challenges they face in their own organisations and plot a way through this period of intense change whilst maintaining a grip on the quality and safety of care.
