Contract law: Just not cricket

The basics in contracts must be correct or lawyers can face consequences

This time last year, I wrote an article about the blame game and how life had changed for professional advisers, particularly lawyers, with more clients willing to sue. This came flooding back to me this month, as I noticed that there were no less than four cases brought against law firms in July 2015 alone.
