The key steps to consider following a company’s incorporation
Following on from last month, these are the steps required after incorporating a new company.
If there are any changes to the directors and company secretary from when the company was incorporated, a board resolution will be needed to formally appoint them. The statutory registers need to be updated and the relevant forms (AP01, AP02, AP03 or AP04) filed.
If any of the original officers are standing down, their resignations should be noted and letters of resignation obtained....
