Consider the options when trying to prevent unfair comparison

Many years ago, I witnessed an experiment in a patent infringement case relating to suck and hover lawnmowers. My client’s hover mower was passed over a concrete floor sprinkled with talcum powder, with the lower impeller removed, in order to demonstrate airflow and that it still sucked up the powder.
