The fast track Competition Remedies Procedure has been used for the first time

In January 2016, the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) dealt with the first case to be brought under the ‘fast track’ competition litigation procedure, recently introduced under s81 and Schedule 8 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
