Findings from the Financial Reporting Lab
The Financial Reporting Lab (Lab), part of the Financial Reporting Council (FRC), recently published its report on clear and concise reporting. The Lab was set up to improve the effectiveness of corporate reporting in the UK. In June, the FRC announced its Clear and Concise initiative, with the objective of undertaking a programme of activities aimed at ensuring that annual reports provide relevant information for investors.
