Trustees are in danger of being found negligent, says Simon Osborne
The Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee (PACAC) report into the collapse of charity Kids Company makes interesting reading and there are some lessons within it for charity trustees, the Charity Commission and Whitehall.
