Leaders must interrogate the evidence, says Andrew Kakabadse
Over the past five years I have travelled across the globe interviewing leaders to gain insight into the art of value creation. Supported by the global search firm, Heidrick & Struggles, I carried out interviews in over 100 organisations in the private, public and third sectors, in 14 countries.
