Notice for ICSA members
Are you an ACIS or FCIS member of ICSA, who is not employed under a contract of service, but providing governance, risk, compliance, company secretarial, legal (including HR) or accountancy services to third party clients? If your answer is yes then you should hold an ICSA Public Practice Certificate.
The scheme is not only in place to incorporate a system of quality control and regulation to support and protect members of the scheme, and to give assurance to potential clients, but also it is pursuant to Byelaw 17 of our Charter and Byelaws.
