Programme now available
This year’s Charity Governance Conference will take place on 16 June and the programme is now available on the ICSA website.
Selected highlights include a session on the revised charity code of governance, presented by Rosie Chapman FCIS, who chaired the code’s steering group and is Specialist Adviser to the House of Lords Select Committee on Charities.
There will also be a look at what to do when winding up a charity, and a session on research by Cass Business School, the Charity Commission and the Cranfield Trust, which has been looking at the current state of trusteeship and individual trustees’ understanding of the requirements of their role.
