ICSA’s health governance masterclass in Trinidad and Tobago
The profile of governance and scrutiny of board performance has increased dramatically over the past decade. In part this has been driven by the catastrophic consequences of governance failures in many of the boardrooms of banks and financial institutions. The World Bank, the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development and (where healthcare is concerned) the World Health Organisation all emphasise the importance of transparent and expert governance.
