An agenda for company to unlock female talent
Much of the current discussion about women in business is focused on gender balance in the boardroom and the business case to support this. This remains important but top-slicing and redistributing the available talent is not a long-term solution. We need a continually replenished and diverse pipeline, flourishing at all levels, if we are to create the dynamic capability to inspire and engage the people we need to meet current and future requirements.
