The 2014 AGM season may be an indicator of the success of the new directors' remuneration reporting regulations
In determining the ‘success’ of the new Directors’ Remuneration Reporting Regulations (the new regulations) since their introduction last October, it is worth reminding ourselves of the reasons for their introduction.
