Corporate governance for companies in smaller economies is vital to stimulate investment which contibutes to the entire society’s wellbeing

On 26 November 2013, a national Corporate Governance Code for the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago was launched in Port of Spain. The Honourable Larry Howai, Minister of Finance and the Economy addressed an audience of more than 120 directors and senior executives, speaking on the significance of this milestone for corporate Trinidad and Tobago.
