Companies Act 2006

The Companies Act received Royal Assent in November 2006. Implementation began in October 2007 and was completed in October 2009. Below are links to these guidance notes, as well as a link to the BIS Companies Act page where you can find the full text of the Act, explanatory notes and, importantly, the related regulations and statutory instruments.
