We’re looking for a candidate who can work under their own steam and take accountability for demanding work involving stakeholders at a senior level. You need to be a team player with enthusiasm for the highest professional standards and with an ability to work at pace and drive for results. This is a role where you can gain exposure across a breadth of governance related matters, at a very senior level, make an impact and manage change.
- supporting the Deputy Company Secretary to ensure that our continuing obligations are met in respect of the UK and relevant oversees jurisdictions;
- maintaining a portfolio of Executive Committees;
- assisting the Company Secretary and Deputy Company Secretary with Board and Board Committee operations; and
- providing end to end company secretarial support to the subsidiaries within the group.
