Company Secretary Senior
An established service provider based in London is currently seeking a Company Secretary Senior to join their team.
This is a mid-level role, suitable for individuals with at least 4 years of experience within a professional services environment. This person will report directly to the Department Manager and be responsible for a large portfolio of clients.
Your main responsibilities would include:
*Dealing with the company secretarial records using Blueprint
*Provides an "Annual Compliance" service for our many clients;
*Provides ad hoc technical advice on company secretarial matters to clients;
*Provides ad hoc drafting services to clients;
*Be involved in the statutory maintenance of a portfolio of UK and offshore companies;
*Provide ad hoc assistance and advice to clients on special projects, for example updating subsidiary company articles, carrying out group re-organisations, share exchanges, purchases of own shares, removal of a director, changes to articles, share buybacks, reduction of share capital and re-registrations;
Skills and experience required include:
*Part ICSA qualified with ideally 4 years' experience in the Company Secretarial service industry.
*Proficient use of Blueprint
*An excellent communicator
*Excellent technical and drafting experience
