Company Secretary - AIM Listed

I am currently working with an AIM Listed organisation to find their first dedicated Company Secretary.

This company is seeking an individual with at least 8 years of company secretarial experience to join them on either a 4/5 day a week basis. You will act in a standalone capacity and be responsible for a full range of company secretarial duties.

They are seeking a fully qualified company secretary with ideally a legal background. This role will be offering circa £80,000-£100,000 dependent on experience.
