Main Duties
Responsibility for delivering an extensive range of company secretarial services for a diverse portfolio of Irish subsidiaries
Ensuring clients meet all statutory obligations
Sending reminders of deadlines, drafting documentation and arranging filings with the Companies Registration Office
Building and maintaining relationships with the UK based project management team and wider firmMaintenance of statutory books and records
Advising clients with regards to the Companies Act 2014 and providing practical solutions
Coordination of, attendance and minute taking at board meetings
Developing initiatives to continually improve team performance
Assisting the wider team with more complex transactional work
Essential Knowledge, Skills, Experience
Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2014 and corporate governance requirements for Irish companies
ICSA fully qualified (or other professional qualification if relevant experience can be demonstrated)
A proven record of high performance and achievements
Experience in a supervisory role
Commerical and practical outlook
Ability to build relationships and rapport, demonstrating credibility
Solutions focussed, confident in communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levelsA team player, who can work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
Ability to work on your own initiative and to take ownership of tasks, time and workload by prioritising and managing expectations.
High level of attention to detail
Excellent computer skills, in particular MS Office, Excel and Outlook
High standard of professional and personal conduct and ethical behaviour
