Working for a well respected asset manager, this role will be working alongside the Deputy and Company Secretary.

The role will involve working on your own portfolio of group committee's and assisting with all board and committee preparation and board support.
In addition, you will have responsibility for preparation of all regulatory, legislative and governance requirements as well as ensuring the effective execution of company general meetings.
