Working in a team of 4, the role will support 2 assistant company secretaries plus the manager. The work will involve varied PLC duties, such as helping out with the annual reports, coordinating board meetings and helping out with minute writing and lot's of other project work.

You should be proactive and eager to learn and be looking to complete your ICSA qualification. This really is a fantastic job and a great team to work in.
