PLC Secretarial Assistant/trainee role

Newly created role for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join PLC company secretarial and legal team. While no previous cosec experience is required, ideally they are looking to recruit an individual who would be interested in qualifying as a cosec and they can help support this development. The department comprises the Co Sec/General Counsel, the Deputy Secretary (who whom this role reports) and c.10 lawyers. It is an excellent opportunity to gain broad ranging experience in a fully listed company.


Excellent written and oral communication skills are needed – you will be working directly with Board members and the senior management team on a daily basis.

You will have administrative work experience and be able to work efficiently and diligently. This role will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to work towards the ICSA qualification.
