A professional services firm specialising in PLC clients are seeking a Senior Manager to join their growing team. This role will work with at board level with FTSE 100 listed clients and experience at board level is essential. If you are looking to diversify your career and move into a governance focused, project-based role in a supportive and influential team, this may be the position for you.


The Role:

  • You will be responsible for listing and Post Listing Company Secretarial Activity
  • Working directly with clients on their UK Corporate Governance Code Reviews and Consultancy
  • Preparing Report and Accounts for the company and your clients
  • Attending and running AGMs and shareholder meetings
  • Subsidiary rationalisation
  • Company Law and Stock Exchange Regulatory Compliance
  • Company Secretarial Mentoring of more junior staff members 
  • Board Meeting administration and minuting of large PLC client main boards
  • Major Shareholder investigations and ad-hoc Governance project work


  • Fully qualified chartered secretary
  • A comprehensive grasp of corporate governance issues with at least 7 years of company secretarial experience in a listed company
  • The ability to provide a diplomatic approach and the confidence to provide support to high-profile company staff and board members
  • Advanced working knowledge of Blueprint (a working knowledge of GEMs is also useful)
  • Team working skills and mentoring experience (preferred)
