Governance Officer - Housing Association - Part time - Ipswich
Your new company
This Housing Association based in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Governance Officer. This role is on a part time basis (22 hours per week) This role will start off being remote working initially, but travel to the office on some days will be expected when restrictions ease.
Your new role
You will be an integral member of the team and provide a high quality service to the Board and its members. You will work closely with the Company Secretary in ensuring the business fully complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements. You will be expected to manage board and committee meetings and take minutes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous work experience in a governance role or supporting a Board of Directors. Ideally you will be a qualified or part qualified member of the ICSA. Experience within Housing is preferable but not required.
