Working for this highly reputable financial institution this is a role where you will be instrumental in maintaining the provision of governance advice as well as providing a first class service to the Board.

Working in a highly efficient and experienced team, this role will have an all encompassing remit on the following duties and responsibilities;

Supporting the delivery of a world class and efficient company secretarial service
Drafting of agendas, paper collation, distribution and follow up actions;
Supporting the Global Head in their role as a trusted advisor to the Chair and to relevant committees and Forums on all corporate governance and company secretarial related matters e.g. the UK Corporate Governance Code, SMR regime and other corporate governance codes and principles.
Providing general advisory activities including researching, analysing and drafting guidance, board papers and other documents as required.
