A Lloyds of London managing agent is seeking a Company Secretarial Manager with 2+ years’ experience in Insurance with Lloyds experience to join their impressive team. They are seeking someone dynamic and professional to take on a technical and Governance focused role within a team supported by a team of administrators.

The Role:

  • Working alongside the Company Secretary on all duties across the department
  • Assisting on the AGM and Annual report alongside team
  • Coordinate with overseas company secretarial teams
  • As Assisting with the maintenance of the general governance framework of the company
  • Working with Corporate Services team to maintain statutory records
  • Assistance with meeting regulatory filing requirements for UK and overseas companies
  • Keeping up to date on Governance and Compliance regulation and industry best practices
  • Provision of governance documentation on request to external parties and others, e.g. External Audit, regulators etc.
  • Coordination of Group liability insurance coverage purchases
  • Working with all boards and committees in an advisory position

Experience required:

  • ICSA Qualified or Part Qualified
  • Experience working with Lloyds of London Managing agents
  • Board and Committee support: preparation of minutes and coordination of meetings
  • Strong writing skills and ability to communicate with executives at a senior level
  • Monitoring company and financial regulation and best practices for corporate governance
  • Candidates who intend on completing the ICSA Company Secretarial qualification or are part-qualified are preferred
