Assistant Company Secretary - (Senior Administrator) - Fund & Real Estate
My client is a rapidly growing administration, management, and corporate governance services provider to fund managers, particularly real estate funds, corporate and private clients. Situated in the heart of Mayfair, the company have adapted to a combination of office and home working, based on their employees' needs. Over the past couple of years, the company has doubled in size of employees, offering their services to a broadening list of clients, with demand for services increasing during lock down.
The company secretarial services team is growing and is therefore looking to welcome a new Senior Administrator to the team (Assistant Company Secretary equivalent). The key purpose of the role is to deliver a comprehensive first-class administrative service to a varied portfolio of clients in the real estate and funds business. You will maintain and build relationships with your own portfolio of clients and supervise and develop junior team members.
You will either be working on becoming ICSA qualified or already be qualified. You must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience as an administrator or company secretarial assistant and have run your own portfolio of clients for at least 3 years, ideally with funds and institutional clients and the real estate sector. Some coaching and management experience of more junior members of the team would be beneficial. You will have a strong commitment to delivering a first-class service to clients and have a disciplined approach to work.
