Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients
  • Keep up to date on changes in legislation, regulation and best practice
  • Attend and minute board/members meetings
  • Business development to promote the company secretarial service including attending networking events
  • Assist with training junior members of the team

Key Skills

  •  ICSA qualified
  • Sound knowledge of general company secretarial administration procedures and the Companies Act 2006
  • Ability to multi-task and focus on providing excellent client service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with Blueprint OneWorld
