Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on corporate secretarial and governance best practice
  • Preparing transactional documents
  • Providing interim in-house support to clients
  • Assisting clients with one-off large scale assignments such as restructuring
  • Ensuring that invoices for work completed are issued accurately, and on time.
