Interim Company Secretary
This is a 6-12 month interim assignment with an international business that requires broad support at a senior level to assist them through a busy period.
The key aspects to this role can be broken down into three key components:
- (40%) To provide administrative support and guidance to the Chairman and the Board of Directors, advising on governance issues and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- (30%) Responsible for N&C’s risk management, governance and compliance.
- (30%) Management of Property (including insurances) , HR, Legal and Pension functions.
Experience of working independently at a senior level is required as is the ability to manage relationships with external providers.
The role also requires a great deal of advice and interaction at the most senior level and management of others so experience in these areas is crucial.
