This independent Governance services provider has a growing client base and are looking to expand their team of governance professionals. Working closely with the finance team, the company secretarial team provide a unique range of technical and project Plc services to our varied and interesting corporate client base

 

The Role

As the Company Secretarial Manager you will be at the core of our day to day operations.

This is an Associate Director-level role, managing the full service for your own portfolio of primarily listed clients, you will be supported by your own client team. The firms experienced directors, (who are qualified corporate lawyers and financiers) will assist, particularly with major transactions and transformative company events.

In addition will oversee the day to day operations of the wider Company Secretarial team. You will work with your fellow client relationship managers to ensure that all teams are providing the highest quality service to our clients, and have the resources and skills they need to succeed. You will co-ordinate the continual development of our processes and offerings, and ensure the firms clients are delighted by the service they are receiving.


The right candidate

This would be the ideal role for a candidate with a solid post-qualification CV, including prior management experience.
