Interim Assistant Company Secretary
Boutique asset manager based in the City (for this role there will be remote working) are looking for an experienced qualified assistant company secretary to fulfill the following tasks;
To act as secretary of certain Group committees.
To assist with allocated board and committee meeting preparation and minuting meetings and provide interim support to other boards and committees as may be required.
To assist with maintaining records required pursuant to the senior managers' regime.
To assist with project work and assist the company secretary assistant as required.
To be considered, you must have sufficient minute writing experience within a regulated enviornment and be able to start the assignment (remotely) immediately.
