Key role and responsibilities
• Advising a portfolio of clients in regard to compliance matters
• Drafting of relevant documentation to approve and effect corporate changes
• Reviewing and updating of statutory books
• Providing in-house support to clients, including board meeting attendance and minuting

Experience and Qualifications
• Law/Business degree highly desirable
• A proven record of high performance and achievements

Personal qualities and behaviours
• Excellent organisation skills
• Able to build relationships with people across all levels of seniority
• Able to work to own initiative
• High attention to detail
