Company Secretary, Financial Services Organisation, Dublin

A newly created role within this growing international financial services organisation, this is an opportunity for an experienced Company Secretary to come on board and make a difference. A visible role that offers good career progression and a great opportunity to get involved in a variety of duties, working closely with the executive senior management team.

The Role:

  • Play an important and visible role in delivering superb company secretarial support to the business
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory obligations under company law and corporate governance guidelines
  • Responsible for statutory accounts approval, assist with annual reports, organise board and shareholder meetings
  • Co-ordinate ad-hoc projects and maintain up to date compliance/governance documentation

The Person:

  • Degree educated and keen to engage and develop
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a company secretarial role, ideally ICSA qualified
  • An exceptional team player, credible and proactive, with solid technical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
