Our professional services client has an exciting opportunity for a Company Secretarial Manager to lead their rapidly growing London team. The postholder will take charge of the function, overseeing the successful integration and growth of the team whilst managing a portfolio of UK clients. Roles and responsibilities

•             Assist with the formation of UK companies

•             Provision of advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders in regards to company secretarial matters

•             Maintaining statutory books

•             Creating and developing new processes to manage the growing secretariat team

Experience and qualifications

•             ICSA qualified

•             Prior managerial experience

•             Past Company Secretarial experience within a professional services environment

•             Blueprint experience

Personal qualities and behaviours

•             Adaptable approach to be able to work on multiple projects at once

•             Self-motivated and able to work from own initiative

•             Excellent interpersonal skills

•             High attention to detail
