We are working with a renowned international law firm who have an exciting opportunity for a new Company Secretarial Manager to join their fast-growing London office. As part of a high calibre team, the role will involve delivering a broad range of governance and corporate secretarial services to a client base of both listed and non-listed companies. This includes handling the delivery of client projects as well as supporting the businesses growth and development. There is also the possibility of on-site client secondments. Roles and responsibilities

  • Advising best practice regarding corporate secretarial and governance matters
  • Active management over large scale projects including legal entity simplification and corporate restructuring
  • Overseeing the delivery of client projects in regard to Board and Committee governance
  • Developing more junior team members

Experience and qualifications

  • ICSA qualified
  • Prior Corporate Secretarial experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of UK Company law
  • Prior managerial experience is highly advantageous

  • Excellent client service approach and ability to foster solid working relationships
  • Ambitious and adept at working from own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
