Company Secretarial Specialist

The Entity Governance and Compliance (“EGC”) department operates within the Tax & Legal Services practice. Our EGC team consists of over 10 professionals who specialise in the provision of high quality business support to clients. The group provides a full range of corporate governance advisory and company secretarial compliance services to a wide range of indigenous and multi-national clients.
 
Our EGC services are complimented by the other administration service offerings of the wider Company Administration Services department including accounting and employee share scheme support. We also work closely with our colleagues in the Tax, Assurance and Advisory practices.
 
The Role:
 
Support the Company Secretarial Team in respect of the provision of company secretarial support and corporate governance advisory services to a range of clients.
 
Training:
 
The successful candidate will receive training on aspects of Company Secretarial Practice, Corporate Governance and Irish Company Law. In addition the successful candidate will participate in PwC’s comprehensive graduate training program.
 
Preferred Start date:
 
Immediate, upon the availability of the candidate 
 
Contract duration:
 
3 years 
 
Specific areas of responsibility:
 
  • Supporting team with corporate governance projects
  • Attendance at meetings and preparing minutes for review
  • Supporting team with corporate transactions including preparation of statutory forms 
  • Participating in special projects
  • Update Company Secretarial software package
  • Filing of documentation with Companies Registration Office
  • Filing of Board and General Minutes 
  • Assist with Risk Management processes


​Education / Professional Qualifications:

University or College degree is a minimum requirement. Ideally a candidate who is pursuing a Chartered Governance professional qualification (ICSA: The Chartered Governance Institute). Some experience of the area would be beneficial but not essential.
