Company Secretarial Manager

A boutique professional services firm is looking for an established Company Secretary to join their growing team working predominantly with AIM listed clients. Seeking a motivated and confident individual that has a background in either a PLC or professional services environment. This is a varied role requiring the management and training of junior team members. 

General Responsibilities: 

• Attending board and committee meetings 
• Liaising with Company Directors and corresponding with share registrars 
• Efficient use of Blueprint 
• General MAR and AIM compliance duties 
• The management and training of junior team members 

Key Skills: 

• ICSA qualified 
• Previous experience in either a PLC or professional services role 
• Excellent communication and organisation skills 
• People management experience
