Trainee Company Secretarial Assistant


Our client-a reputable international law firm- is looking for a (trainee) Company Secretarial Assistant to join their London Office. The role will involve supporting on a variety of Company Secretarial matters with a range of UK and international clients. The role is ideally suited to someone with GradICSA status looking to launch their career and gain practical experience within the field. Role and responsibilities

  • Assisting with the coordination of the global Company Secretarial team to benefit multinational clients and their Company Secretarial needs
  • Ensuring the Company Secretariats database is up to date
  • Assisting with the firm’s compliance to statutory requirements regarding corporate governance
  • Assistance preparing Powers of Attorney, agreements and dormant accounts

Experience and qualifications

  • ICSA qualified or partly qualified;
  • Knowledge and understanding of Company Secretarial work
  • Proficient IT skills

  • An excellent communicator;
  • Self motivated;
  • Confident team player;
