We’re looking for amazing people to help us drive a digital revolution for the benefit of society.

We’re ideally looking for someone with:
- Experience working in a governance support function
- The ability to communicate corporate policies clearly and effectively, and provide guidance to employees on these
- Great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong planning and organising abilities
About the role
As our governance officer, you will support our deputy company secretary to deliver our governance framework and a range of related projects. This will include maintaining corporate policies and the processes for creating, approving and launching new ones. You’ll help ensure compliance, helping employees and providing guidance around these.
You’ll be a great support to the rest of the team, preparing agendas, meeting papers and taking minutes.

We’re a place where people make a difference to our members, feel valued and have fun. Our values are our guiding principles. They are pride, passion, pace, trust, and teamwork.
